According to your tracking system this parcel has been collected on the 26th of October at 21h46
Since then I have had no feedback and the system has not been updated. 😮
Could you please allocate this parcel and advise soonest.

if it has not been changed status for over 30 days , then it will be a problem. otherwise please just wait.
