Need help with this tracking number RB776813012CN
I find this on ChinaPost tracking page, it says that it departed JFK in US on 2013-10-20 (10 days ago), but USPS in US has no record and nothing in their tracking system.

RB776813012CN seems to have import customs clearance problem in JFK airport,New York. No updated information available at this moment.
