RB756473867CN has not changed status almost one month. As per our experience, it is very possible to be returned to shipper. to protect your money, you'd better file non-receipt dispute before paypal deadline. check following link:

The shipper tells me that there were delays last month and that it will take some time but will arrive. My worry is the possibility of being lost. What's the meaning of the location CAN?

CAN is the code for Guangzhou airport. I strongly suggest you to file a non-receipt right now. Normally paypal has only 45 days protection deadline(from the payment date). If you passed the deadline, even the parcel is lost, you can not get refund from paypal.

for aliexpress, the deadline is 60 days from the payment date.

If you file dispute before deadline. It is seller's duty to contact China Post to prove that the parcel has been delivered to recipient. You can be just relax and wait the result. If shipper can not get proof from China Post that the parcel has been delivered, buyer can get refund(of course, shipper can claim compensation from China Post).

This is the system which can best protect both buyer and seller for shipping lost.
