According to your tracking system this parcel has departed Guangzhou on the 7th of November 2013 at 04h43
Since then I have had no feedback and the system has not been updated. 😮
Could you please allocate this parcel and advise soonest.

If parcels status has not been changed over 30 days, then it will be a problem. Otherwise please just wait. in rush season, waiting 2 to 4 weeks without status changing is normal.
