I have a dude about shipping way by SAL. My agent from http://www.newbuybay.com said that SAL doesn't ships big parcels to my country, Spain. He saids that small parcel is opperative now but not big parcel since 3 kg. We and other buyers have there 6 kg package and he saids newbuybay can't ship it to us at Spain via SAL only via big parcel airmail or EMS. These two methods are more expensive than SAL. Please, can you help me? I want to know that it's true information or a fraud. Thank you
