Hello,

What can we do in order to find our parcel N° CP327115963CN ?
We have trusted the Aliexpress seller and never received our parcel.
We cannot be refunded as the deadline is fineshed and the seller did not extended the buyer protection...

Is the seller who is dishonest ? or the China Post lost our parcel ?

We are completely desperate...

1. The only tracking I could find is this:
China Post Register Air Mail Tracking System
Parcel No.CP327115963CN tracking result
2016-10-07 21:10:16.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan
2016-10-08 11:21:41.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export customs cleared

2. The other tracking can be found here:

3. The above tracking is telling me the parcel is going to France. This is China Post registered surface mail. Normally it is much slower than airmail and might take up to 6 months to arrive.

4. I have check on the La Poste site and I could not find your parcel. Since you don't have anymore the Buyer's protection, maybe you could use the reverse charge by your credit card company if you did use a credit card to pay for the parcel.

5. I would say that there is a good chances that the parcel is lost or misplace.
