it is the tracking number of my item. I cannot find it anywhere. can you help me ? it is more than 20 days that I have paid for it

the tracking number is from China to Portugal through Swizerland. I believe the seller gave you a wrong number. you should open a dispute and claim money back asap. check F.A.Q about how to get refund.

I ordered shoes from a site called newcomeshoes.com on March 3rd, they received payment and sent me an email saying so and that I would receive tracking info 2 days later, which I haven't received, the shipping is through EMS, the only number I have is the order number which starts with bss,I have emailed newcomeshoes and they claim the package was sent but EMS didn't give them a tracking number, what should I do now

you should open a dispute with paypal immediately, the website you placed order looks like a spam website.

China mail tracking is not working at this moment!

I have two different orders from reliable sellers. Until wednesday I was able to track my orders (they are leaved china) but from wednesday I only get "not found".
