Can you please check this tracking number ? LY123968492CN. I attempted to cancel but Serlyn Co would not do it. Thank you for your help .

the parcel LY123968492CN was shipped on April 11 and was sent to Shenzhen airport on May 4. It is still waiting for flight space to USA from Shenzhen.

Coronavirus has caused some delay in China. You might need wait 2 to 3 more weeks to see new update.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you can open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for refund.
