Hello, I ordered a jacket April 15, and it got to customs and stuff on 4/21/20 and there has been NO movement since ? Is my package lost or just not moving or what ? Thanks.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LY153743983CN was shipped from Xiamen to USA on April 20. It was sent to airport on April 22. It is still in Xiamen airport waiting for flight space.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to USA. China Post has serious shipping space shortage and bad delay. I suggest you wait 2 to 3 more weeks to see new update.

After parcel arrives USA, USPS website will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.
