Hello,
I have product with tracking number RB794307454CN .
I order before 38 days, and at last 2 weeks when I track status of destination is stuck on date 19.10.2013. What is the problem, where is my package, how can I track it now?

RB794307454CN is still stuck in Beijing. Now is rush season, too many parcels are waiting for limited airline space to Europe. You need some more patient.
