I received tracking number 2020/01/16 and at the tracking page is says Received by Post Office by 2020/01/19. Since then I didn't hear any news. Also site stylishroute changed the name. Does that mean I got scammed?

LO749923628CN was returned to original post office in Zhuzhou on Jan 24 and never left there. You need open dispute to seller for refund.
