Hi...

My parcel stuck in custom. I asked seller the didnt received the parcel..
i ask whether can extend delivery date until she received.. but when i request to extend delivery date until now no feedback. due date is 2 day. after this seller automatically get the money and i get nothing..
she not online
when i open dispute no feedback and not approve.
what should i do to get my money back????
this type of seller cannot be in business field cuz they cannot accept responsibility and dont know what the meaning of responsibility..
At least can discuss and have win win situation. Sigh**

I'm waiting since october until today...
We pay them to get the items not pay for nothing.

we can not understand your English. it seems that you are buyer. why don't you report to paypal or aliexpress and open a dispute? if you open a dispute, seller should give proof to aliexpress or paypal that you have received the goods. if seller can not give proof, you will get refund .
