LS239205252CN Is my tracking number. I purchased my item on February 11, departure export was on February 21,2020 and on April 23,2020 my order was cancelled and I would like to know why.

usps.com shows LS239205252CN was returned to the sender on March 14, 2020 at 3:32 pm in MISSOURI CITY, TX 77489 because the addressee moved and left no forwarding address.

The parcel was returned to shipper on April 23.

But the addressee did not move. The person I would like to send the parcel to still lives there. Is it possible to send my purchase to that address again?

You need call USPS and see if they can send the parcel back to addressee. It is in their hand and up to USPS's decision.
