Post my order didnt arrive yet

since 13/10/2013, i am tracking every day my parcel and the system says the following message (Receive Item From Customer)
Seller dont know where is my order and also the system says that my order still be in china.Please help me and tell where is exactly be my parcel

If your status has not changed since Oct 13. Your parcel might have already been returned to shipper. You have to claim non-receipt refund to paypal or aliexpress asap.
