Help me!

I have the order below

RF565496914CN
RB171984795SG
RF565180265CN

I did not receive yet any packet and I think I was a victim of a fraud.
What can I do?
Please, help me!!! Please respond ASAP as i spent alot of money on it.
Seller keeps telling me to check tracking number but no info past customs.

if http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows tracking result, it means your parcel is on the way, no need worry too much. they should be simply delayed, not fraud.
