The company I ordered my package, tracking number LS222759116CN, from said the package should arrive between 10-15 days, it’s already been 10 days since I’ve ordered the package and the status says enroute, but there hasn’t been any updates since January 17th. I was wondering if you could help me find out if my package has made it to the US, since USPS says that the originating post is still preparing to dispatch this mail piece. Thanks!

LS222759116CN is ePacket which might take 2 to 4 weeks to reach USA.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LN445633834CN shows the parcel was shipped by your seller From China Post Xiamen office to US on Jan 17.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

such no-information period can take 20 to 30 days . Once USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
