Post Lost Parcel, no more shipping information

At the end of January I ordered something from Docoshop. I got the tracking information and have been tracking since then. Tracking code was: RV334369402CN. According to the information the parcel was in China from February 3rd, 2020. And did not move since then. This week I tried to track again in it says there is no shipping record. What happened?

RV334369402CN was returned to China by Netherlands Post on Feb 28. Not sure return reason. Normally return is caused by wrong address printed by shipper.

You need open dispute to seller for refund.

Thank you for your information. I have been writing back and forth with this shipper to get my money back, but all I get is them asking me to wait a bit for the package to be delivered. Even now I sent them a screenshot of your answer above. Let's hope Paypal can achieve something. The dispute on Paypal has been going on since the beginning of April as well.
