😡 Please can someone explain me because my order too late Chinapost from October does not leave In-Control Customs warehouse. My track is RB271782014CN. Thank you so much.

if your parcel does not leave Customs warehouse since Oct, normally that means the parcel can not pass security check and will be returned to shipper. you should open dispute asap. check F.A.Q in top manu.
