I recieved a confirmation email, saying my order was on its way. there has not been updates on my order. Could you provide information?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LO897432745CN was shipped on Mar 15. It is still in Zhengzhou airport waiting for flight space.

Coronavirus has cancelled 99% international airlines from china . China Post has not enough airline shipping space. You need some patient at this difficult time.

China Post parcel will be delivered by Correos Mexico in your country. Once parcel arrives Mexico, Correos Mexico will show arrival information.

If your buyer protection is expiring , you need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
