HI,

I received an e-mail saying that my order from this company had shipped. I found them on Facebook and attempted to chat with them, but when I put in the information about the tracking they stopped talking to me. Do I need to file a dispute with PayPal?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LS237523006CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller did not ship anything to you. You are very likely to be scammed.

if you paid with paypal , you need open dispute immediately against fraud and claim refund.
