I got this number from seller 15 days ago and I still can find item in tracking.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows "Parcel No.RA414106640CN has not been received by China Post!" , obviously it is a fake number. you should open a dispute to paypal or aliexpress and claim money back.
