My returned package has been stuck in Chinese Customs for about two months because the recipient did not want to pay the fees and collect it. The seller finally paid the fees and now has the package but the tracking information still shows stuck in Customs. How do I get this information updated to show that it is delivered? USPS said that China Post missed a scan and only China can update this tracking information. I really need this money back. Any help will be appreciated.
