when I check my order (tracking number: RC233522835CN ) appear to status : "dispatching" since 18.01.2014 and the seller not responding me. Can you help me,please?

why appear at status "In Customs-Control warehouse" from 18.01.2014? this order shoud have come to me already!

you should open a dispute and claim money back if you have not get the parcel now.
