Hello guys

My tracking number is LM237044098CN. The parcel has been shipped on 17/01/17. The last record about it is 27/01/17 "Departure export customs GUANGZHOU EM". I have mailed the seller (standalone website) about the issue but he didn't respond. Should I escalate the case to PayPal or continue waiting?
