Please assist, Tracking rv303752183cn Last shows movement on the 12/28/2019. Buyer protection is expired and no update to when I will receive. Is there any way to assist? Thank you.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=rv303752183cn shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to US on Dec 27.
Such airmail is very slow and cheap. It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

such no-information period can take 30 to 60 days . Once USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
