Hello,
I made an order on December 3rd via AliExpress : http://www.aliexpress.com/item/Male-genuine-leather-clothing-male-medium-long-leather-trench-SEVEN-men-s-clothing-2013-autumn-leather/1515727940.html
The product shipping would be via DHL with delivery time 3-8 days, but the tracking number I have (RB181994208CN) seems to be via China Post Air Mail and not via DHL, which tracking number is a pure-numeric 10-digit code,i.e 1234567890.
The problem is that I try to found it in China Post and it does not exist.
I have sent three messages to the seller and he/she just not answer me!
I believe the seller is a crook, but AliExpress doesn't let me open dispute before December 21.
Please, if you can find my order, inform me.

this seller has a disturbing number of orders with 0% feedback.

for this item are 261 orders without feedback !
would warn Alibaba about this seller

you're right.. i opened dispute but there isn't any new from seller or Alibaba... does anyone believe that i could get my money back?? :(

Escalate the dispute & Call your credit card company & tell them the transaction is a fraud.

AliExpress sent me that the dispute has been closed and payment will be refunded to me. You think I must call my credit card's bank??

If Aliexpress closed the dispute so fast, then they might have received the same complaints from other buyers against the seller. It is safe to assume that Aliexpress will refund the money.
But calling the bank will strengthen your case. So, I still suggest you to call your bank & tell about the fraud transaction. If Aliexpress is too slow or the money never arrives as promised, at least your bank will still be on your side to refuse the transaction. You have nothing to lose by notifying the bank about the case.
