FEIZF1701820959YQ is not a China Post tracking number. It is a private company Feia. The package is still in China waiting for flight out since May 8. When goods arrive in US you can check with usps with this no.: 9261290988318545547789 http://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction
