Post Experiences with My Safe Home USA?

I have ordered two packages from My Safe Home USA; one has been delivered (via French Post) the other one (sent by China Post) hasn’t arrived yet, after one month.

The tracking number doesn’t exist, China Post says I’ve been scammed, but the seller seems trustworthy.

Any other experiences? ,
