This is being put together after several attempts to ask for refund and after reading many stories if you would like to be considered reply to this with dollar amount you lost so it can be calculated.

Aliexpressor is just my webid,I am not working for Aliexpress. I am a volunteer here to help China Post users to solve their shipping problem. if you want to take lawsuit against Aliexpress, that is fine. I hope you will win and share your lawsuit experience here so that other people who suffer problem with aliexpress can know how to do lawsuit. thanks.

I got scammed by AliExpress also. How are you planning to sue? I've been looking into the same thing.
