Hello there! I want to figure out if my package is just taking a while because of holidays or if I'm being scammed.

I ordered the package on Jan. 7th 2017 and its been in China since the 9th. Says the same info here and on their website but other tracking websites said they couldn't find it.

Please help and thank you!!!

the number is not china post. you can not track it.
