I received email April 7 8:24a.m. saying my order was shipped.
Today is April 29, 2020 & I cannot track my order to find out where it is!!! Tracking #LY117272575CN.
I ordered masks 2 months ago! Where is my order?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LY117272575CN was shipped from China to USA on April 9 and was sent to Shanghai airport on April 29. It is still in Shanghai airport waiting for flight space.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to USA. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. So some delay is normal, no need worry. Please wait one or two more weeks to see what will happen.

After parcel arrives USA, USPS website will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.

It was sent from China to US 4/9..arrived in Shanghai 4/29? Why did it take almost 3 weeks to arrive in Shanghai? And it's just sitting there waiting for a cargo plane to fly to US?
Where is the origination place in China that makes these masks? None of this makes sense. We have Covid19 here in US too. We don't have problems in getting shipments that take this long!! Others here have ordered masks made in China & have already received them!! This company..Air Sani Masks..I believe is not giving correct answers. They had my money 2 months ago..I have no masks!! Unacceptable!!

if you paid the money more than 2 months ago, you can open dispute to PayPal to claim non-arrival order refund.

I did not pay by Pay Pal. I paid with my credit card.
They received their money the exact time I placed my order through the internet.
I have sent Air Sani Masks numerous emails concerning my order. They respond with the same reply..leave your order# & information, which I do but never receive any further information from them!! I believe this company is a scam on the web & am going to call my credit card bank to report this!! Thank you for your replies. However, I see that all other posts on this forum are getting the same information to their inquiries as I!!!! Shanghai seems to be a holding place for all inquiries!!!!???

you should buy from website which supports PayPal payment. Without PayPal, it is very difficult for you to get refund in case of online fraud and shipment lost.

Now the only thing you can do is to call your credit card bank and see if they can help you to file charge back. Good luck.
