Hi...I have made an order on amazon.com to US address (shipped using china post). I have changed my address after I made the order. How can I collect the item now? Looks like they tried to deliver twice but I am not available on old address.

you should go to the USPS office close to your old address, show your id and try to pickup the parcel.
