Dear Chinapostvolunteer,

I purchased an item on 15 December 2016. The seller supposedly shipped on 20 December 2016. The last reported status of my package was on 23 December 2016, in which the package was, "Dispatch from sorting centre," at Guangzhou. Since then, nothing has been mentioned about the package. I understand a package shipped from China can take time; especially during Christmas and New Years. The seller has not been helpful at all. The seller has been begging me to keep waiting, but I am starting to think the package is indeed lost, and the seller doesn't want to admit it for fear of losing money.

This is not the first time I have lost a package from China though the seller I dealt with was kind enough to ship another item of equal value at no charge, which made it within 3 weeks. Please help.
