Hi, I sent a parcel to Shanghai on 10th April and it is showing that it is in customs now for 10 days. What do I need to do as I need these delivered to my hotel in Shanghai ASAP. Tracking number is EJ210924425AU
Is there a phone number of someone to speak to please?

find a friend who can speak Chinese and call china post hot line 11185.

I don't have a friend in China that I can call on to help with this. Is there no way that I can speak in English to someone on an international number? Seems crazy that there is no way I can find out what is going on as this is urgent? Any other help?
