Hi, my parcel was shown as leaving China on October 6th... No scans since then, and it hasn't arrived in Australia according to Australia post. Can you see any problems?? epacket never takes this long..

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO253101580CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Jinan office to Australia on Oct 6.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Australia Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Jinan ,China or customs warehouse in Australia). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days until Australia Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Australia Post website will show its new status with Australia location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
