It’s been over 3 weeks

It keeps saying dispatch from China

Over and over again with no updates??

Where is ??

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LX635378593CN shows the parcel was shipped by your seller From China Post Shanghai office to Australia on Dec 14.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Australia Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Shanghai ,China or customs warehouse in Australia). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Now is rush season, Such no-information stage might last 30 to 40 days until Australia Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Australia Post website will show its new status with Australia location.
