Hi,

Can I get assistance on Tracking number RS280591123CN

17Track.Net indicates it has not moved since 25th Dec 2016

Package Status: In Transit
Destination Country: Australia
Origin Country: China

2. Your parcel is On Route/in Transit to your country Australia. If I'm not mistake parcel to your country in very good condition can take 3 weeks to arrive. Even if you don't see any tracking, it does not mean the parcel is not moving from it last location.

3. Unfortunately I don't think that Australia post are tracking China Post Register Mail when it arrive in your country, but I'm not sure of that you could maybe confirm with Australia Post.
