Hi there, can someone tell me where my package currently is?
I need it by the 26th of November 😮

I am so confused about reading the delivery status

RB938788508CN is still in Shenzhen waiting for airline space. I don't think you can get it before Nov 26.

Hi, my parcel has opening status on it, it has had this status for 8 days now. Could someone please help me with where my package is and what is happening to it. TRacking number is RA542472804CN

It looks like it's been waiting for airline space for 10 days, this may just not have been updated. Just call auspost 13 7678 they will tell you if it's in the country.

I've tracked it with Aus post and the tacking number is still invalid for Australia so I am guessing it hasn't arrived in Australia yet. I am so close to opening a dispute for my purchase. Do you think I should be concerned?

sorry it appears to have departed Shanghai on the 16th it should be in OZ

no auspost tracking will not show up you need to call...and it's normal to wait 4 weeks for a package shipped with standard international post from China
