I sent a return package to JustFashionNow on March 4, received in Guangzhou Customs since March 7. Paypal refuse refund claim as it is still sitting in customs and tracking showing "in transit". How do I get the parcel moved from Customs to the seller's address? Does the seller need to sign paperwork and pay any taxes for this to happen or am I to contact customs to send it on? please. Seller sent me shoes a different size than ordered and the fabrication was not as described.
