Hello, I have a parcel that supposed to come in the mid December but I haven’t received it until now.. When I tracked it, it says deivered but there’s no tracking information available in Australia.. I’m in Mebourne Australia and the tracking number is LM254838654CN.. Please do help me with this

Australia Post website shows the parcel arrived SYDNEY NSW on Dec 9. It is in Australia Post system(china post does not control this parcel anymore).

You need contact Australia Post to find this parcel. If they cannot locate this parcel, open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
