Hello.
This item was posted 31 October. Tracking shows it being at Shanghai still.
NULL activity at PVG since 28/11???

When can we expect this to reach NZ? We were told 20 working days by seller on Ebay.... has been longer.
This is required urgently !!!
Please answer as soon as possible!!

RB193494581CN is in Shanghai waiting for airline space to NZ. You should get it by Dec 15. If not, then you can file a non-receipt dispute with ebay or paypal, you will get refund then.

You guys really need to update your tracking!! This was delivered to us on 04/12, but tracking system still says it's in shanghai!!!
