Hi,
I am trying to track my item RO248022093CN. The last update was on the 23rd of April and it said that the parcel was "leaving Shanghai Int'l Airport going to next airport/seaport". I have contacted Australia Post they believe that the item is lost since it never arrived in Australia when it should have by now. If you know what happened to my item can you please let me know where it is an why it hasn't moved in 3.5 weeks and if it is found please get it back on track.

Shipping time to Australia might take up to 5 weeks. If you can not get it by end of May, then open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund. Seller can contact China Post with original receipt for compensation.
