I ordered a parcel on 11 December. I understand that pre Christmas deliveries would be slow, however, it is nearly a month since I ordered the item.

The other frustrating thing is that I have sent emails to the supplier via the email address of [email protected] asking for delivery status and NO ONE ANSWERS!!

I will never purchase from this site again due to the lack of customer support explaining the delay in receiving the parcel. If I do not receive a response in the next 24 hours I will be attempting to receive a refund.

you need give tracking number in your question, otherwise none can help you.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO672005879CN shows your seller seriously delayed the shipment for 3 weeks. He actually shipped the goods on Jan 3rd.

Normally such ePacket will travel about 2 to 4 weeks to reach Australia receiver. You need open dispute to seller for late shipment compensation.
