It said my parcel was departing Shenzhen and was on route but now all my updates have disappeared. Just checking if it’s still on it’s way.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LL899983216CN shows the parcel was shipped by your seller From China Post Shenzhen office to Australia on Dec 12.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Australia Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Shenzhen ,China or customs warehouse in Australia). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Now is rush season, Such no-information stage might last 30 to 40 days until Australia Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Australia Post website will show its new status with Australia location.
