Hi, is there anyone that can help me with a tracking number: 燕文 tracking number: LO373878971CN. as this is telling me it is delivered and it has not been. the items are furniture. Australia post says it only has a registered weight of 1/2 kilo, would have been an envelope size delivery. :( :(

your seller is a cheater. LO373878971CN is China Post ePacket which can not shipped over 2 kgs items like furniture. You are scammed.

you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.
