Greetings, trying to chase down a non delivery. LO183683271CN.
Tracking continually shows Status, On route.
Delivery was supposed to be Rotorua, NZ. 3010.
This dates back to 18 September 2019.
Any help please.

NZ post website shows parcel LO183683271CN arrived NZ post office in Rotorua (Rotorua Depot) on Oct 1. Item is on its way to a box lobby or other collection location. Please continue tracking the item until it's available for collection.

You need contact your local post office for delivery detail.
