Hi
I was given tracking by my vendor a couple of days ago

They claim it is for an EMS 7 day shipping service ( China - Sydney) but when I have tried to look at it on various tracking websites, I get info saying it is the very very slow China small parcel shipping & it can take up 12 weeks to arrive PLUS there is no tracking available once the package leaves China

Vendor is denying this

Can you please advise?

UT975346169CN is not EMS, actually it is the cheapest china post service called China Post ordinary parcel.
This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. Both China and destination country give very low priority to sort and deliver this kind of parcel. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
