Hi there.

I have a package (LO908197436CN) that is marked as leaving parcel centre in Guangzhou on March 14 but there hasn't been an update since then.

Are you provide any further information.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LO908197436CN was just shipped Guangzhou to Australia on Mar 14. It is still in Guangzhou airport.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to Australia. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. Not sure when it can catch flight from China. Please wait one or two more weeks to see what will happen.

After parcel arrives Australia, Australia Post website will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.
