Post HELP!!parcel has had opening status for 10 days now!!

Can someone please help me with what has happened to my parcel and where it is. I have been tracking it for 2 weeks and for the last 8 days my parcel has status opening and nothing else. I am worried I will never receive my parcel.

Don't worry. Now is rush season, waiting for 2 to 4 weeks without status changing is normal. If over 30 days, then it might be a problem.
