LL520087415CN

Please help me track this it says enroute to Australia for 10 days now?? Usually it only says that for about 5 days before it arrives in Australia . Why is it take so long? My customer is angry

LT918067965CN was shipped from Suzhou to Australia on Jul 19.

Your parcel should be in some middle location between China and Australia(possible airport in Suzhou or customs warehouse in Australia). You can not know exact location at this moment.

Normally parcel will keep travel another 10 to 20 days to arrive Australia and pass Australia customs. After Australia customs gives the parcel to Australia Post, you will see new status in Australia Post website.

Everything looks normal, please wait some more time.

LL520087415CN was shipped from Suzhou to Australia on Jul 11. you also need wait about 10 to 20 days to get it in Australia. Please be patient. Once parcel enters Australia Post system, you can track local status in Australia Post website.
